Inclement Weather
Emergencies: Updated 1/6/11
Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club Inclement Weather Emergency Procedures are based on the State Emergency Levels and will be enforced by Supervisors/Managers.
The Club closes at Level 3. Below are the following parameters for Level 1 and Level 2.
-All staff that is working at the club will be directed to leave if a Level 2 is in place and matters do not improve.
Information regarding cancelation of classes and club closure or delays will be posted in the following order:

*Our general phone voice mail will also have this information
-Personal Training, Aquatic and Spa appointments will be handled by the department supervisor and employee performing the service.
Timeliness of decisions to cancel or close:
1). If it is apparent that weather will get worse later in the evening and into the early morning, depending on the severity, a decision will be made before the next day's opening for classes/instruction that are scheduled in the early morning.
2). All classes throughout the day that may be affected by level 2 or greater will be decided two (2) hours prior to the scheduled class time.
